UNITED STATES

Delivery with tracking. Fixed rate of $25.00

INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS Delivery

Delivery costs are established according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. They vary between $15.00 and $65.00 CAN. The costs will be indicated once in the shopping cart, just before confirming the order.

IN CANADA

Orders are generally shipped and delivered within 5 business days. Weekends and public holidays must be excluded from the delivery time. We send an order shipping confirmation email (with tracking number). Write to us if you still have not received your order within 5 working days following this email.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are sent within 2 open days. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination. It takes between 4 and 10 working days. You must refer to the calculation of delivery costs once in the basket to find out the costs that will be added to the order. We send an email when the order leaves with Canada Post. Email us if you still haven't received your order within 15 business days of this email.

Error in size/color/model

We accept returns of Bajoue products provided they have not been worn or washed. The costs related to the return of a product are THE CUSTOMER'S responsibility. We provide product refunds/exchanges within 2-3 business days of receiving the product(s). You must then calculate the standard delivery times (without tracking) before receiving the product sent in exchange. Any refund will be made to the original method of payment.

Error in my order or if a product is defective

The costs related to the exchange will be reimbursed (STANDARD delivery/without marking ). Make sure you place the product(s) correctly to fit into a standard (yellow) envelope. We carry out the exchange within 2-3 working days following receipt of the returned product(s). If this is a discontinued product, we offer a credit on the online store.

The costs incurred by the return of an order which has been delivered to us are THE CUSTOMER'S BEYOND.

Les boîtes ludiques conviennent aux enfants âgés de 2 à 6 ans. Il est important de souligner que les enfants de 2 ans auront besoin de plus de soutien pour réaliser les différentes activités proposées. Certaines étapes devront donc être accomplies par l'adulte. Ensuite, l'autonomie de chaque enfant dans la réalisation des activités proposées dépendra de son rythme de développement.

Nos boîtes sont disponibles pour 1 enfant, mais aussi pour les familles et les groupes de 2 à 10 enfants. Dans celles-ci, certains items sont présents de manière à ce que chacun ait son propre matériel alors que d’autres sont présents en moins d’exemplaires afin de réaliser certaines activités en groupe ou en sous-groupes.

Le jeu symbolique, au cœur des boîtes ludiques, est un élément essentiel dans le développement de l'enfant. Tous les mois, l'enfant est amené à se créer un petit univers. Jouer à faire semblant est bénéfique pour développer son langage, sa motricité, sa créativité, sa confiance en soi et son raisonnement cognitif.
