What if I made a mistake in the size / color / style?
We accept returns of Bajoue products on the condition that they have not been worn or washed. The costs related to the return of a product are AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. We make product refunds / exchanges within 2-3 business days of the product(s) being received. It is then necessary to calculate the standard delivery times (without tracking) before receiving the product sent for exchange. Any refund will be made according to the original method of payment.
* Accessories cannot be exchangeable or refundable.
* Products on SALE are final and cannot be exchanged or refundable.
What if there is an error in my order or if a product is defective?
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and before you return the product. The costs related to the exchange will be reimbursed (STANDARD delivery / without tracking). Make sure to place the product(s) in order to insert them in a standard envelope (yellow). We make the exchange within 2-3 days of receiving the returned products. If it is a discontinued product, we will give you a credit for our online store.
What if I want to cancel my order once it has been shipped?
The costs generated to return an order that has been delivered are AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
