WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY?

QUEBEC

We offer a delivery flat rate of CAN 12$ in Quebec. For orders of over 200$ we automatically send EXPRESS delivery for FREE.

***Additional charges may apply for remote areas. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for delivery if it is too high for the chosen destination.

CANADA

We offer a delivery flat rate of CAN 17$ anywhere in Canada. For orders of over 200$ we automatically send EXPRESS delivery for FREE.

USA
Express delivery with tracking. Flat rate 25.00$

INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS delivery

The delivery costs are established according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. They vary between 15.00$ and 65.00$ CAN. The costs will be indicated in your shopping cart, before confirming your order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DELAYS?

CANADA 
Orders are generally shipped and delivered within 5 business days. Weekends and holidays must be excluded from the delivery time. We send an order confirmation email (with tracking number). If you have not received your order within 5 business days, send us an email at support@bajoue.ca.

INTERNATIONAL
Orders are sent within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. It takes between 4 to 10 business days. To know the cost of your order, you must refer to the delivery costs calculation inscribed in your shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation by email once the order leaves with Canada Post. If you have not received your order within 15 business days, send us an email at support@bajoue.ca.

What if I made a mistake in the size / color / style?

We accept returns of Bajoue products on the condition that they have not been worn or washed. The costs related to the return of a product are AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. We make product refunds / exchanges within 2-3 business days of the product(s) being received. It is then necessary to calculate the standard delivery times (without tracking) before receiving the product sent for exchange. Any refund will be made according to the original method of payment.

* Accessories cannot be exchangeable or refundable.

* Products on SALE are final and cannot be exchanged or refundable.


What if there is an error in my order or if a product is defective?

Contact us at support@bajoue.ca as soon as possible and before you return the product. The costs related to the exchange will be reimbursed (STANDARD delivery / without tracking). Make sure to place the product(s) in order to insert them in a standard envelope (yellow). We make the exchange within 2-3 days of receiving the returned products. If it is a discontinued product, we will give you a credit for our online store.

What if I want to cancel my order once it has been shipped?

The costs generated to return an order that has been delivered are AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
